Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute control over your mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can redirect emails from one mailbox to another, activate email filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your email mailbox accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming e-mail messages according to certain rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Simply select the electronic mail account you would like to forward messages from, then select the target email mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest.
